1.Who is this journey for?

We welcome and celebrate women of all ages and identifications (lesbian, bisexual, queer and pansexual women and any other sexual identities and choices) at the Embracing Shakti Movement!

Please note that this course does use gendered language.

2. How much time should I practice each day?

The videos in the 13 Day Journey range from 2-6 minutes. We encourage you to try and participate with the videos every day for the duration of the journey. If you feel like doing more, or repeating the practices in the videos, please feel free! More practice = more aliveness!!

3. What if I’ve had a hysterectomy, can I still do the practices?

Physical organs are not needed for any of these practices – your energetic womb is still intact!

4. I’m new to embracing my spiritual side and I am not quite sure I am ready to express these practices to others. Will I be guaranteed my privacy?

Absolutely, we don’t not give your information to other companies, nor do we post content containing members images or comments outside of our circle unless we get your permission.

5. How can I change my password?

You can reset your password in the membership area by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the main Membership area.

6. How do I access the Facebook Community Group?

Click on this link and simply request to join. One of our team members will give you access as soon as we’ve confirmed you are registered for the 13 day Journey.

7. How do I contact customer service and what are your hours?

You can contact our support team at support@carlawainwright.com . ​Our general hours of support are between 10am – 4pm PST, Monday-Friday, and someone from our support team will be in touch within 24 hours of your email (outside of weekends).
