DAY 2: Self Sourcing into the Directions

Hello [accessally_user_firstname],

Day 2 and I’m so excited to share today’s practice with you!

Today we are going to explore directing our focused awareness and using it to resource ourselves into our bodies. This cultivates what is called the felt sense – our capacity to have an inner awareness of our body’s experience in an ever-changing sensory/energetic/emotional landscape. Super simple technique, very powerful effects.

TIP: When you get more experienced with this practice you will find that you can do it in just a few mindful moments. Letting your felt sense drop in for a few seconds into each direction: Mother Earth, Father Sky, Back Side, Front Side, Right Side, Left Side, Inside and Outside.
