Amazing, Day 10 already!

Today I am going to teach you a powerful energy cultivation technique to help circulate our sexual energy throughout our body. It is called the Microcosmic Orbit. The Taoists believed that humans were simply microcosms of the universe. Just like the solar system that has a central sun and an orbit of energy (planets) circulating around it, every human also experiences a circulation of energy in much the same way.

This orbit, which loops up the spine to the head and down the front to the navel, genitals and perineum, is known to be one of the main energy channels in the body linking the various organs, glands, and brain.

We can circulate the sexual energy in the Microcosmic Orbit to help us become more capable of connecting to cosmic energy, around us and also that energy that exists outside ourselves.

And best of all, it feels fantastic! Let’s give it a try.
