DAY 1: Welcome & Opening Ceremony

It’s Day One of 13 Day Embracing Shakti Journey. Are you ready to open your heart, feel more alive and tap into your divinely juicy creative and powerful nature? I know I am. Let’s begin!

Today’s practice has 2 parts – a Welcome and an Opening Ceremony. In the Welcome, I’ll introduce some key terms that I’ll be using over our 13 day journey together and giving you some tips on how to create space in your life to get the most out of our time together.

For our Ceremony you should gather a few meaningful items, like crystals, sacred objects from your travels, and things from nature that will be part of your Embracing Shakti altar. Also have a pen and paper or journal handy.

When you have everything ready, watch the short videos below. Ceremony is an essential part of this journey – it creates the sacred container for your experience, it will bring more clarity, intentionality and presence into the practices, support you in manifesting your intentions and acknowledge to yourself that you’re making a commitment to YOU!
